Our shopping cart takes bookings up to 12am (midnight) for next day orders, allowing for a full day's notice for our kitchen. For larger event bookings please allow 1 week notice to ensure we can book you in. If your catering is very urgent with less than a full days notice, we may be able to help with platters of sandwiches and fruit. Please do call us for urgent needs on 0497 333 100 and we will do our best to fit you in.

Our shopping cart is set to windows of time. If you require a specific time please leave a note in the delivery notes section and we will manually adjust that for you. Please note a higher delivery fee may apply to book in a time specific courier for your delivery. We will work this out when we receive your order. We always try our absolute best to arrive on time, however sometimes unforeseen delays occur. It's a good idea to order catering to arrive a little earlier than needed just in case.

We travel all over Melbourne to deliver catering. Delivery fee is charged based on kilometres travelled. Weekend deliveries may be a little more. For an accurate quote email or call/text 0497333100. Pick up is also an option from our Caulfield kitchen

Hot deliveries are available for most menus, although hot deliveries may not be suitable if you are far away from our Caulfield kitchen or if you have ordered finger food. Talk to us about a cold delivery with heating instructions and if this may be a better/more flexible choice. A hot delivery will need a time specific delivery, so be sure to let us know what time you will be eating so we can get the food there right beforehand. Hot foods needs to be eaten right away to ensure it is at the right temperature for consumption. A time specific delivery fee is the only additional cost. You sure can, that is an option through the check out portal. Or just ask our office to do this for you so you can set and forget your regular catering order.

Our weekly fresh and frozen meals are delivered each Tuesday afternoon. Please have your orders in by the Friday before. NDIS 30/70split invoices are available by prior approval.

We offer a delivery service of our catering, where our chefs create everything here in our kitchen and we bring this to you ready to enjoy. We can deliver hot if your location and menu allows for this option, or cold with very simple instructions to follow from our chefs.

All of our buffet and bbq packages come with eco plates, cutlery and napkins and platter boxes. All you need to provide is serving spoons and tongs and a table to place everything on. If you have booked in canapes/platters and would like to add on eco disposable plates/cutlery/napkins just let us know and that can be added to your order for a small fee. If you need a tip on where to hire other furniture/glassware we can recommend a few great companies who can help.

If your delivery is to a high rise office, please advise your building's loading bay instructions and please be ready to meet your driver in the foyer when we call as it may not always be possible for our driver to wait for the elevator and this may mean they are late for other deliveries. We will always try to help when it is a large order that needs a few pairs of hands. Please book in space for the driver in your loading bay and ensure you can meet them downstairs so delays are avoided to enter your building.

Our kitchen often gets to work at 5am, busily working for our corporate clients breakfast needs. Our last delivery time is 5pm on a weekday, unless by prior approval made by talking with our office. On weekends our cold deliveries usually end by 3pm. Evening event deliveries are possible by prior approval/booking with our office. Our office phone is manned between 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays and periodically after this time. If we miss your call please do leave a message or send a text so we can get back to you ASAP.

We can cater for most dietary requirements. When placing your order, please note the symbols next to the items you are ordering such as GF (gluten free) DF (dairy free) V (vegetarian) Vegan etc. You can also write down the dietary needs within the text box provided at checkout and we will make our suggestions accordingly. Should we not be able to cater for a specific dietary requirement, we will let you know when confirming your order. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Please consider this when requesting special dietary requirements.
